Our nickname for the baby is Little G so when coming up with a theme for our gender reveal party, Joe got a little creative. Enter the Little “G”ender Reveal Party. We blended an ice cream theme with a little theme and it was SO CUTE. The decor is pretty gender biased though so before I share those pictures, allow me to introduce you to the newest member of our family. 😉
Baby Glemkowski is a…..
We are overjoyed to have a little lady joining us next year! I can’t wait to kiss her little face and hold her tiny hands. <3 But in the meantime she is so loved as an inside baby.
We went to Angel Kisses 3D Ultrasound & Boutique for our gender reveal and they gave us a slideshow of our ultrasound on a flash drive so we could share it with friends and family.
Our families brought presents for us and our baby!
Joe, Little G, and I with his parents, two of his sisters, and his brother in law.
Joe, Little G, and I with my parents.
Little G and I with my dad and one of my younger brothers.
Like I mentioned earlier, we blended an ice cream theme with a little theme. The food was gone before I could take pictures but we had a vegetable tray, appetizers (little foods!), mini peanut butter cups, mini cookies, and mini ice cream cones (from Trader Joe’s). We barely had any leftover so either people were hungry or they liked our spread. I prefer to think the latter 😉
Joe picked out this sign from Party City.
We got the smallest balloons we could find from Party City.
We found these ADORABLE napkins at Target and purchased small plates, cups, and utensils to match our theme.
Target had a sprinkle tablecloth AND mini sprinkle party hats! (No, we didn’t make everyone wear the hats….or maybe we did 😉 You’ll never know!)
We hit the mother load of streamers at Party City. If you need some – go there. The ice cream cone strand was from Target and is still hanging in our window. It’s too cute to take down!
Aren’t these the cutest?!
Joe and I had some childhood pictures in our closet that we pulled out for the occasion. My parents gave us the lowercase g and I used ribbon from Walmart to make the bow. I still have this display in our living room because I love having our little “family corner”!
My mom snapped this gem on her way out. Pure joy and slight exhaustion (we were both battling colds that week). Looks like we’re parents already 😉
Did you have a gender reveal party? What was your theme?
